In October 2025, Let Music Fill My World and Tullman Family Office tasked Artist For Artist® with producing the first Impact Summit x Music Education, a two-day convening hosted in Memphis, TN.

Designed to bring together leaders from philanthropy, education, policy, and the arts, the event served as a strategic milestone in the movement to increase access to music education in priority school districts across the United States.

Held at two iconic Memphis locations—The Guest House at Graceland and the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum—the summit blended purpose and place, immersing attendees in the legacy of American music while aligning on actionable strategies to drive change at the local and national level.

Process

We led the project from start to finish, delivering full-scale event production, creative development, and logistics. From securing venues and managing talent to building all digital and physical materials, our team ensured a seamless and elevated guest experience.

With a focus on human connection, the program included guided tours of Graceland, working sessions on national music education strategy, and cultural moments like performances and conversations with guitar virtuoso Grace Bowers and Matt Sorum, legendary drummer of Guns N' Roses. Print materials, schedules, and signage were tailored to create a cohesive and polished atmosphere aligned with the summit’s mission and Let Music Fill My World's existing brand identity.

Results

As a private, invitation-only gathering, the summit prioritized depth over scale. The result was a tightly focused, high-impact convening that helped stakeholders across sectors find alignment on messaging, state-level strategy, and pilot implementation planning.

AFA’s hands-on production enabled Let Music Fill My World and its partners to foster meaningful relationships, inspire future collaborations, and set the stage for a national movement—creating space for artists, policymakers, and funders to shape the future of music education together.
